"Splice" Ramos Gin Fizz
45ml Golden Hour Gin
25ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Vanilla Syrup
15ml Thickened Cream
1 egg white or 20ml aquafaba
All ingredients into shaker - No Ice - Dry Shake for 30secs, add ice and repeat. Double strain into tall glass. Slowly top with Soda and watch it fizz.
