45ml Sweet Tart Sour Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
20ml Passionfruit Pulp
15ml Peach Syrup
15ml Aquafaba
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into rocks glass.
